I've been trying to make them agree for 8 months....Yes, I will wait, but I hope they'll accept having dog in the nearest future...maybe 6 months, maybe a year.....but not more! :D And you? How long had you been waiting for your spaniel?

Don't even ask  It was about 10 years. Of course, I didn't beg and cry all the time  My mum said "All right, but only a poodle!" So I went to bring a poodle and I returned with a spaniel  I guess a poodle would be a better choice (I mean the character) but never mind now. Finally, when I could move to my own flat, I bought the second dog becasue I could finally decide for my own. :P

Ooh so I told them " Two years? After that time I'll buy Malamute on my own!" Ten tears is a very long time....but, happily, my mum doesn't like poodles :) She said that she would agree only to have small dog, such as York.....I don't like them very much....I want ONLY Malamute....

Hm, your and your mum's preferences are "quite" different  Guess what? I have a maltese too :P People say it's a white york  but of course, it isn't.

Well I like every dog that is big...;) For example Malamutes, Labrador & Golden Retriever, German Shepherd - these are my favourites :D

so do I :P I like big furry dogs as well. It's just that I don't have to much space for such a dog. Beardeds, russian terriers, briards... :P I dream of a house and a garden, not too big.

I live in house with big garden, on a cottage and near forest, mountains etc. And what do I have? It would be a great place for Malamute, I think.....But ....I haven't got him.... :(

Look, taht's the perfect place for any dog in fact. I envy you really. There is a big field right in front of my block of flats so Toffi can run there as much as he wants. Nel was too small last year, but this year I' going to go there with her too.
Look, just be patient. You'll finally have your dog. I know it's easy to say, but the longer you wait, the happier you are afterwards. :P

I hope it'll be like you said.... :) Yesterday I tried to make my mum agree...(Dog Show in Katowice, 24 March) but she told me "you know that havin' dog is impossible at now, so don't talk about it all day long...you can collect informations, but we won't have dog at now...) :(

Apparently, that's very important what your mother said: collect information. The more you have, the more certain you will be about whether to have exactly this breed or not. I guess this is only what you can do for the time being. But dog shows are very good for those who plan to buy a dog. I really recommend to go, not even once.

Yes, I want to know more and more about dogs before I'll buy him. I think that my mum thinks that I'll be bored with dog after small amount of time and it'll be on her own.... :)
